TransMaquila Inc. is 25-year old transportation company. We have a fleet of 150 top of the line units. We are currently looking for an Inspector Supervisor to join our fast-growing Operations team in Brownsville!
As an Inspector Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
Oversee of Physical access control.
Creates inspectors' work schedules ensuring adequate coverage at all times and notifies them of any shift changes.
Take care of any daily irregularities, incidents or accidents.
Oversee that all visitors are logged in and out of company grounds.
Oversee an audit report from Security department that are being filled out in form and manner on time.
Conduct routine breathalyzers as per company policy.
Oversee vehicle and equipment inspections.
Audit yard and inventory reports.
Train new staff and comply with yearly training schedule.
Comply with CTPAT process and procedures.
Qualifications:
Basic Understanding of OSHA’s standards.
Supervisory Skills.
Computer & Tech savvy.
Being organized and vigilant.
Handling of Emergency situations
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of security experience
Supervisory experience preferred
High School Diploma or GED
Bilingual (English + Spanish)
Criminal background check and drug screen required.
