DOT Pre-Employment U.A.
Driver Compensation:
.45Â per mile Loaded
.45Â per mile Empty
with .10Â per mile as per diem on driver settlement to assist with payroll tax deductions

Weekly Pay Roll Advance at 3,000 miles.
