Unit DescriptionSodexo is seeking a Patient Services Manager at CHI St. Joseph Health Rehabilitation Hospital in Bryan, TX. This is a 140 bed hospital with rehab beds, skilled nursing beds and a hospice department. This hospital is part of an 8 hospital system.This Patient Services Manager will be responsible for the overall Delivery, Quality, and Nutritional diets for patients.The ideal candidate has previous experience in senior living or hospitals managing Sodexo programs.In Sodexo, patients and residents are the heart of everything we do and we welcome you to join our team with this opportunity.Position SummaryProvides direction for patient meal services at patient care units to ensure customer satisfaction and retention for the Company.Key Duties
Directs daily operations of patient meal services at patient care units to ensure employees have appropriate equipment, inventory and resources to perform their jobs and meet goals and deadlines.
Supervises day-today work activities by delegating authority, assigning, scheduling, and prioritizing activities and monitoring operating standards.
Establishes operating standards, implements quality improvements and communicates them to employees.
Performs audits and prepares reports
