This person must be professional, enjoy working in a high-volume environment and be able to apply strong organizational skills while being flexible in their daily routine. Bachelor’s degree or any equivalent combination of training and experience

Required Experience:

Two years of related experience in TAMUS

Required Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications.

Excellent organizational skills.

Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others

Preferred Education:

Bachelor of Business Administration

Preferred Experience:

Experience - Four years of related experience in TAMUS and or Faculty Affairs

Experience working with diverse individuals and communities

Job Responsibilities:

Develops and maintains relationships with stakeholders.

Initiate, Coordinates and Implements Faculty Processes

These tasks require initiative, excellent communication and organizational skills and a project-oriented aptitude.

Collaborates with departments in the College of Medicine

Ensures all COM Faculty Affairs deadlines are up to date on the website

Provides committee support which includes creating surveys, distributing them appropriately and analyzing data.

Prepares reports on COM-Office of Faculty Affairs activities.

Develops and updates COM-Office of Faculty Affairs training materials for delivery to staff and faculty.

Collect surveys to evaluate feedback on process improvement.

Maintain data for accreditation regarding the COM-Office of Faculty Affairs

Performs other duties as assigned.
