RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensures that all aspects of the Box Warehouse functions are preformed in a safe and acceptable method.Must demonstrate the ability to perform all tasks in a safe and acceptable manner.A. All plant safety programs pertaining to area of responsibility must be completed within a timely manner and emphasis applied to continuous safety practices.B. Must be qualified to perform all safety functions of the program according to policy and procedures. Shall be required to make all product labels as needed for operations of productionA. Must have a vast knowledge of product codes and associated products for these codesB. Must understand the required information needed to be in compliance with all USDA regulationsC. Must be flexible and adjust to immediate changes in production labels to support production operationsD. Must have the ability to comprehend the wording and numerical identifications of the labels requiredMAJOR FUNCTION: Instrumental in supplying both Fabrication and Slaughter with the required product labels to identify product. This is not limited to other areas of the facility requiring product labels.REQUIREMENTS:EDUCATION: Minimum High School diploma or GED equivalentEXPERIENCE: Minimum of two years experience in production area with extensive knowledge of label applications Helpful but capable to learn the following computer programs in Excel, Word, Outlook applicationsSPECIAL SKILLS: Must work in a team concept with fellow team member to accomplish a high performance area
