Assistant Director

We are seeking an Assistant Montessori Director to continue this mission as a vital part of our leadership team, responsible for ensuring quality education in our early childhood program.Manage the daily schedule and communication to ensure classroom coverage.Help improve and maintain the highest standards in each classroom and each teacher.Understand parent needs, conduct tours, manage concerns, and maintain enrollment targets.Support the training and education of teachers concerning the culture of care of the agencyConduct opening and/or closing procedures in coordination with other managementSupport school growth by supporting the intake process to effective increasing enrollmentLead with a customer-centric approach, ensuring a strong commitment to Montessori principles and educational philosophyBuild engagement through relationships with parents, staff, and the school communityCollaborate closely with the Director and Senior Leadership to guide toward future successUnderstand and be able to utilize the following skill sets: Enforce AccountabilityPerspective taking of staff and familiesEffective Demonstration and implementation of necessary initiativesModel Professional BehaviorCritical and Collaborative Problem Solving
