NTT DATA is looking for a Business Operations Analyst to support the Data Intelligence and Automation team on financials, workforce, and project management. Candidate will work collaboratively with stakeholders to drive operational excellence. ResponsibilitiesCreate reporting insights and dashboards that are required to support ongoing projects and programsReport on progress against individual projects by interacting with project managersSubmit status reports per defined scheduleKeep track on projected vs actual costs and savings against projects and programsCoordinate new investment requestsFollow up with employees on utilization targetsSubmit Statement of Work (SOWs) for funded projectsSubmit Purchase Orders (POs) as neededTrack and measure progress against growth by offeringFollow up with sellers on opportunity mapping in SalesforceCapture accomplishments from the team and publish summary on various collaboration sitesProvide support to quarterly business reviewsIdentify process improvements in your scope of work through lean, business analytics or technology automationSupport process improvements with technical resources Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in project management
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to drive actionable insights
- Advanced financial acumen
- Strong project management skills
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong sense of urgency and timely results oriented
- Highly organized and self-motived
- Initiative and proactive work ethic
- Ability to determine project priorities and solve problems with little direction
