Marketing Event Coordinator Pay rate: $44/hr w2 + benefits Role Overview: As an event marketing coordinator within NA you will work with internal teams, Client alliance partners, and agencies to flawlessly deliver world-class event programs that drive successful results against established strategic objectives, timelines and return-on-investment projections. Working with industry leads, you will help create event documentation, pre- and post-event content and communication with clients, and evaluation of program success for NA Events. Additionally, you will work with Brand to ensure compliance and consistent event experience across all activities.

Key Role Responsibilities: Day to day you will work under leadership of the NA Events Manager with responsibility for: -Coordinating event logistics and vendor management for NA sponsored events -Contributing to a pre-event communication -Assisting in updating event documentation -Collecting and sorting follow on and outcomes from events -Assisting in execution of NA events in-person, hybrid and virtual, trade shows and client/channel conferences -Assisting in post-event content creation and distribution via Marketo as well as copy writing for social media promotion.

Key Role Skill & Capability Requirements: Your technical and non-technical skills may include: -Marketing, promotional and/or event planning skills required - Strong, efficient yet creative writing skills including knowledge of AP style. -Excellent organizational and time management skills as well as experience with project management - Ability to work under pressure -Basic understanding of technology associated with event sites; Ariba, Marketo, and Workfront -Microsoft Ecosystem knowledge, including SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint

Preferred Education Background: You likely possess a Bachelor's degree in communications or marketing

Preferred Years of Work Experience: You likely have 2+ years of experience working in marketing, event planning, or relevant field

Scope of Work: Nature of Work: Supports NA Event Manager in project/program plans and processes in alignment with established operational objectives. Scope of Work: Work must be coordinated across different workstreams, time zones, processes, or projects. Organizational Impact: Work efforts have an immediate impact on Avanade and/or client operations. If client-facing, should start to support client relationship and sales outcomes. Supervision Received: Works under general guidance and direction.
