As the single point of ownership for dealership computer software issues, you will be responsible for assuring complete customer satisfaction. In this entry-level position you will be fully trained to act as a trainer, trouble-shooter, and a consultant. If you enjoy problem solving, critical thinking, and working with others on a daily basis, then this is the job for you!
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to think critically, analytically, and problem solve
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment
