Full-time dispatcher position open for an individual with a pleasant telephone manner, ability to multi-task, and calm personality who can remain "cool under fire" to dispatch tow trucks 24 hours/day; diplomatically deal with people whose illegally parked cars were towed, and take in and release vehicles from a state-licensed vehicle storage yard. There's never a dull moment in this job! The dispatcher position is salaried plus you will be expected to be present many evenings/nights and some days at the storage yard to process vehicles into storage and release them for additional hourly pay. Dispatching need not be done from the office, but you must receive reliable cell phone service at all times and all locations (both personal and company phones). Must pass a drug test and have TDLR VSF license (we will help you get licensed) and clean criminal history for last 10 years. You will be expected to make multiple trips to and from the yard to your home so MUST live near yard (across from Coulter Airfield on East Hwy 21 in Bryan) and have own cell phone and reliable vehicle at your disposal 24 hours/day.
