Presidium Property Management, a real estate management and development company specializing in multifamily housing, seeks experienced Service Technician for Pearl Apartments in College Station.
The Service Technician assists in the overall maintenance operations of the community while taking a hands-on approach to the completion of all projects. The Service Technician is responsible for ensuring the community meets safety, appearance and operational standards established by the company.
Primary Responsibilities
Complete residents' service requests in a timely and professional manner
Perform routine maintenance tasks and preventative maintenance.
Make repairs as needed to all common areas and units.
Review daily work order priorities with the Service Supervisor at the beginning of each day.
Share on-call responsibility with the Service Supervisor and Assistant Service Supervisor .
Inspect the community on a daily basis to propose upgrades and address deferred maintenance issues.
Responsible for upkeep of all property-issued tools.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualified candidates will possess the following qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. College degree or some college preferred
2 - 4 years' verifiable multifamily experience at a community 400 units or more.
Experience with exterior and interior renovations a plus.
Certified Pool Operator license preferred.
Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
