Caring Transitions of Brazos Valley (CaringTransitionsBrazosValley.com) is looking for team members to join the estate services and relocation teams. Caring Transitions is the nation's largest provider of senior relocation and estate liquidation services. We are seeking compassionate, caring and mature individuals capable of performing assigned tasks with limited supervision. These positions are part-time on an as needed basis. We have seen tremendous growth and we need to add to our current team. Perfect for retirees, stay-at-home moms/dads or college students who would like to make extra cash but don't require consistent work/schedule weekly. No specific job experience necessary. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Job responsibilities are as follows:
Estate Sales and Online Auctions
Organize and sort household goods for distribution & sale
Decluttering - separating low, medium, & high value items
Setup and staging for sale
Taking & editing digital merchandise photos
Prepare description of items for Craigslist and upload photos
Proper handling of all sales transactions day of sale
Greet customers and provide service during sales
Continuous reset & staging of area during sale
Breakdown of all equipment at end of sale
Cleanout at end of sale
Relocations and Right-Sizing
Proper packing techniques used for relocation
Unpack & resettle in new home
Decluttering- separating low, medium, & high value items
