The Instructional Assistant provides assistance to the teacher in the preparation and management of classroom activities and administrative requirements, under the supervision of the teacher.
Qualifications:
Hold a high school diploma (or recognized equivalent) and
Completed at least 48 hours of study at an institution of higher education; or
Obtain an associate's (or higher) degree.
Skills:
Ability to work well with school-aged children; and
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
Experience in an educational environment preferred.
