Background:
We are a multi-discipline design firm, bidding on the installation of process equipment in an existing facility located in Bryan, Texas. The work will involve rigging, structural modifications to the building, structural platforms, equipment setting, piping, and electrical power. There may also be some relocation of fire protection piping and lighting.
Schedule:
Installation is scheduled to begin mid-November 2019, and run through mid-December 2020. The CM would need to be onsite approximately 2 weeks per month through construction.
