Seeking an assistant to help in day to day maintenance of land and facilities. The work will be at multiple sites including office buildings, warehouses, and ranches.
Duties may include: trash pick up, tree trimming, repairing fence, mowing pasture, landscaping, light construction/demolition, preventative maintenance on machines, janitorial (sweep/mop) and other general maintenance tasks that help keep properties clean and in good working order.
Required:
Clean driving record and reliable transportation
Knowledge of how to use basic tools
Ability to follow directions
Strong work ethic and desire to take initiative (finding the next thing to do without being asked)
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds, and do physical work (often times in Texas heat)
