Blueprint Education is hiring a Campus Brand Ambassador to assist in our campus marketing and enrollment efforts. This is a one-year, part-time position, supporting both Blueprint LSAT and Next Step MCAT brands.
This is a hands-on marketing and PR role; Campus Brand Ambassadors will work to spread knowledge about Blueprint products to key student groups including pre-law and pre-med clubs, pre-professional organizations, greek life, student government, and others. CBAs will host seminars, deliver talks, hand out marketing literature, and spread the word on social media and email lists.
We are seeking students looking to bolster their resume by taking on real-world business challenges, representing leading national brands to deliver real results (and sharing in the benefits when we are successful).

This role is:
10% Research and Organization
Seeking out relevant student group schedules and keep track of their calendars
Staying up to date with campus trends
Regularly reporting to Campus Managers about your progress
40% Public Speaking
Giving marketing presentations at fairs and events
Advertising upcoming events by making announcements in classrooms on campus
Acting as a spokesperson for the company
30% Event Oversight and Marketing
Keeping track of event sign-ins and attendance
Acting as a point of contact for food delivery at events
Promoting events beforehand on campus
20% Relationship Building
Meeting with advisors, career center employees, professors, and influencers on campus to discover new advertising and/or partnership opportunities and to promote the brand
Maintaining positive relationships with campus contacts throughout the school year
We will hold a 2-day in-person training for hired candidates at our LA office in mid-August.
Job Requirements:
You MUST be available for in-person training in Los Angeles on August 9 and 10 (travel and expenses will be paid)
Attend one check-in video conference per week
Devote 4-6 hours of total time to marketing tasks per week during the school year
Rising 3rd year student or above, or graduate student. Applications from university staff will be considered as well
Get-it-done attitude befitting a role with numerous responsibilities
Great communication skills
1+ year of previous work experience
Bonus Points If You Are:
A student in good standing at your university/college with a 3.0+ GPA
Friendly and outgoing, with public speaking experience a plus
Benefits:
Base pay is $18/hour with additional substantial incentives for generating leads and sales. Successful CBAs will earn over $6,000 per school year. You can also earn a free LSAT or MCAT prep course upon completion of the program.
This is an independent contract position for the 2019-2020 school year. Successful Brand Ambassadors who would like to continue in the next school year are welcome to do so!
