INNOCOR INC. (Located in Brenham, TX)
Position Purpose:
Set-up and operate machines and saws to manufacture product
Essential duties:
Performs machine and saw operations to support the assembly floor
Performs basic machine functions
Conducts set-up and operates a variety of basic fabricating devices such as the Looper, CNC, VCC, AVN, T-8, Carousel, 5088, Pourline cut-off saw, side trimmers, band saw, and other technical and non-technical machines
Verifies conformance to specifications using a tape measure
Reads work orders to specifications
Stages product in designated areas
Identifies and/or records any problems related to the product, process, and the quality system
Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition
Follow 5s and Safety policies and procedures
Other duties, as assigned
Knowledge, skills, experience:
Minimum 1 year factory-related experience
Able to read, write and speak English
Able to lift and carry 50lbs
Able to stand and walk for 8 hours
Able to read measuring devices
Education / Certifications:
High school diploma or equivalent

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. This position requires the wearing of Personnel Protective Equipment (PPE) consisting of eye protection while on the production floor as well as hearing protection in designated areas.
