Responsibilities Include:
Trouble-shooting HVAC and performing preventative maintenance and repairs
Completing service requests
Leading in the absence of the Property Foreman
All facets of apartment make-ready & maintenance
Grounds maintenance
Providing a high level of customer service
Requirements:
Experience working on HVAC systems
EPA Certificaiton
Light carpentry, plumbing & electrical skills
Availability to respond quickly to emergencies
Own tools & transportation
Strong communication skills
Apartment make-ready & work-order experience preferred
