This segment is operated through MEDIVATORS.Life Sciences Water purification systems for dialysis facilities, including hemodialysis dialyzer and reprocessing systems, as well as sterilants and filtration products. This segment is operated through Mar Cor Purification, Inc. and MEDIVATORS.Dental Single-use, infection prevention products used primarily in the dental market including face masks, sterilization pouches, towels and bibs, tray covers, saliva ejectors, germicidal wipes, plastic cups and disinfectants. This segment is operated through Crosstex International, Inc.#CBPrimary responsibilities include: innovate, develop, and lead the implementation of newend to end process technology resulting in robust, sustainable, integration of Automationmanufacturing processes, while improving Quality, Reliability, Process Capability, and/orEnvironmental Health and Safety. Troubleshooting and correction with problemmachinery/operation and product improvement/development with existing products toimprove overall efficiency. Other responsibilities in support of operational goals includemanufacturing processes development, integration of lean manufacturing and six sigmaconcepts into the organization, and project planning.Development of innovative equipment and new automated and semi-automatedprocesses required for launch of new products, and associated pilot process scaleup and/or transfers. Conducts capital equipment planning and justification for manufacturingrequirements. Basic understanding of strength of materials, kinematics and dynamics, plasticinjection molding and plastic/metallic part assembly, bowl feeders, producthandling, part transfer and fixturing, process tooling, pneumatics, and machinecontrol systems. Proficient of process validation. Ability to generate a comprehensive protocol forprocess validations and DV testing for new and improved existing processes. Generates design assurance documentation for machine qualification. Hands-on Individual with detailed trouble shooting capabilities. Ability to train and coach Engineers and Technicians for new automated processesintroduction. Provides engineering support to manufacturing and quality control as necessary. Understanding and application of Medivators Quality System Requirements for ourproducts. Knowledge and application of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma techniques inmanufacturing. Basic knowledge and application of injection molding, machining processes anddesign of tooling/fixturing. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, MINITAB and SOLIDWORKS. Works in a team environment with all levels of the organization. Performs risk management assessment of processes and procedures. Assists in the identification, evaluation and implementation of new suppliers intothe Medivators system. Occasional travel to customers or suppliers as required.Education – Must have Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Industrial orManufacturing Engineering. Minimum of 10 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment. Minimum of 3 years of engineering experience in a Medical Devices manufacturingenvironment. Experience as Project Lead Engineer in an Automation Equipment Integratorcompany preferred. Lean Manufacturing/Lean Six Sigma experience a plus. Advanced problem solving and analytical ability. Ability to critically review and interpret technical documentation. Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet key deadlines.ID: 2019-5367 External Company Name: Cantel Medical External Company URL: http://minntech.com Street: 3150 Pollok Drive About the role: Primary responsibilities include: innovate, develop, and lead the implementation of new
