Why You'll Love This Job: The purpose of Cybersecurity Engineering and Operations is to provide outstanding and versatile security services to the enterprises. As a Senior Associate in Cybersecurity Operations, you will be the Product Owner of the React Capability, driving the subject area of demand actualization across best-in-class security solutions and capabilities. The purpose will be to obsess and bring the best of response in security solutions to protect DTCC assets and systems. The React Capability squad is focused on response to security events, requests, and change management. This role is a product owner role within the Agile squad & will be responsible for driving the day to day activities of the security roadmaps. Team members may be within the US or globally. This role will partner with other Security Product Owners to continuously improve and provide outstanding security services to the enterprise and clients.

Your Primary Responsibilities Be the Product Owner for the React Capability of Security Operations across multiple security services.

Drive the priority, vitality, and fulfillment of work requests by proactively identifying process gaps, defining roles and responsibilities in collaboration with other agile squads and iteratively reviewing performance metrics around response and timely remediation or fulfillment.
Collaborate with the Enable Capability Squad to continuously identify automation opportunities for mundane operational tasks, leading to continuous optimization of the React Capability
Collaborate with the Protect Capability Squad to continuously identify self-healing opportunities of various security services, preparing for implementation of new feature/functionalities, leading to continuous site reliability engineering (SRE) and ever improving service SLAs for resiliency.
Build partnerships with stakeholders and maintain leadership up to date with status of major deliverables
Sustain strong working relations with business partners, peers and agile squad to enhance business value

Talents Needed For Success:

Minimum of 6 years of related experience
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
