Job Description:

As a Data Integrity Associate, you'll belong to a team responsible for implementing an enterprise data management strategy for the Financial Risk Management (FRM) department.

Specifically, you will be involved in the management of data governance and data quality activities including development and redesign of critical data platforms and tools, as well as identifying and remedying data anomalies that appear throughout risk systems. You'll support all phases of a system implementation lifecycle, develop a good understanding of the business that the team supports, and an ability to contribute to innovative and forward-thinking solutions to real business problems. The position requires a self-starter with good communication and organizational skills and an ability to work with a global team.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish data quality reporting processes and analyze data quality reports to identify potential anomalies across multiple data sources.
  • As a data Product Owner in an Agile environment, work closely with technology and business partners to define business data quality control requirements.
  • Support the squad with release planning, testing, and implementation of business data quality control requirements.
  • Execute action plans to meet internal audit and regulatory work.
  • Support the documentation of data lineage and management of business and technical metadata.
  • Aggregate data quality performance metrics for management reporting.
  • Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred with Master's or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge and experience in financial risk management, data governance, data quality
  • Highly detail-oriented
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Project management skills
