About This Opportunity: The role of the Business Strategy Services Analyst is to provide support to the Network and Mainframe Engineering department globally and work on tasks to manage the strategy, reporting, metrics, key processes, and meetings for the core services provided by the department. The core services in the department include Network Engineering, Mainframe Engineering, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) services. What You'll Do:
- Manage the platform strategies for the Network, Mainframe, and SRE platforms with service Area Leads and key stakeholders.
- Collect and manage service metrics for the Network, Mainframe, and SRE platforms with the service Area Leads and key stakeholders.
- Create, maintain, and distribute key department reports in partnership with leadership.
- Create and manage key processes across the department.
- Plan and manage key meetings, Town Halls, Onsites, and Offsites for the department and communicate actions and outcomes from the meetings.
- Helps build Business Analyst (BA) standards and best practices.
- Aligns risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience demonstrating the use of collaboration skills to achieve shared goals.
- Ability to assess and to problem solve to provide direction for tasks and projects.
- Planning skills for events and key meetings (Town Halls, Onsites, Offsites, etc.).
- Demonstrates reliability by taking necessary actions to continuously meet required deadlines and goals.
- Applies global perspective when working within a team by being aware of own style and ensuring all relevant parties are involved in key team tasks and decisions.

- Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
