You will apply your technical skills to find the balance between enabling and securing the client's organization with the cognitive solutions that are making IBM the fastest growing enterprise security business in the world.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesThe Security Consultant - Information Security Advisor is a client-facing security professional with responsibilities to design, create, and lead a global security program for the managed infrastructure environment of large outsource clients. The role must build security strategies and recommend solutions / technologies; manage account risk and client risk communications; understand regulatory, contractual, and security policy requirements and ensure controls are implemented and optimized to secure the environment. As a member of the Security, Regulatory, & Risk Management organization who is integrated into the account team, the role provides senior, independent leadership across the delivery footprint of the account, including internal and vendor relationships. The role also maintains a a satisfactory compliance posture and provides leadership expertise for corporate and external audits. Security programs will be built with relevant global processes, tools, and controls in mind. Additional responsibilities include oversight of issue management and risk management execution; design of governance programs to interlock with client security stakeholders; and the building and execution of management system to provide security leadership to internal and vended delivery teams.Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseSecurity Consultant;
