Dallas, Texas (Coppell, Texas) to deliver a Software Engineer on a regular full-time, direct-hire basis to apply their skills in C#, WPF, XAML to create interesting windows software applications that are complex and useful products. - This is a hybrid remote position in Dallas, Texas where 1-2 days a week in the office may be required, depending on what is required.

Significant career growth is expected.The Software Engineer s role is a hands-on, interactive role in a fast-paced environment. The Software Engineer will be responsible for the implementation of new features and maintenance of our current mainstay application. Some of the Software Engineer s responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders, integrating with new hardware APIs, and delivering robust UI and business logic implementations. - Analyzing requirements and defining implementation details.
- Delivering code that meets the design specification and fits nicely with what may already be in place.
- Solving problems at all stages of the project life cycle.
Requirements: - 3+ years of work experience working C# to build Windows desktop applications using the .NET technology stack and WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation of classes)
- Solid skills and a keen understanding and a bit of passion for the .NET technology stack (C#, .NET Standard, .NET CORE, .NET Framework).
- Good debugging and a mind for team-troubleshooting skills, especially with .NET windows applications, WPF, windows services
- Strong technical background, analytical mindset, and great problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience working in an Agile environment.
Desired skills/experience: - Azure DevOps, TFS, Team Foundation Server, or Visual Studio Team System, VSTS
- SQL Server
- Multi-threading, asynchronous programming, Async, Await, on WPF

More information:The growth here will continue for the foreseeable future. We are seeking a motivated, full-stack, C#, software engineer who has C#, and WPF (windows presentation foundation of classes) skills. Candidate hired will use better techniques and best practices of how to best utilize WPF and C#, XAML, multi-threading, as well as Async / Await for example. We seek a candidate who can learn new ways to make better use of WPF, better practices with WPF, and better techniques in using the windows presentation foundation of classes (WPF). Nunit is a plus. WPF refactoring is a plus. MVVM is a big plus. This is not required, but these applications are similar to small, controls systems windows applications or products interfacing with hardware via hardware vendor provided API s to work with monitoring, controlling, high speed scanning, sensors, seeing eyes, touch screens, vibration monitoring, and hardware/firmware updating and reporting. The team is using C#, WPF, XAML, MVVM design patterns, and SQL Server, and hardware vendor provided API s to interface with hardware. The majority of this work is implementations of workflows with C#, WPF, XAML, on MVVM, with SQL Server using multi-threading, async / await. Also use other the newer operators, or the newer language functions with newer WPF or newer Visual Studio .NET versions. Work with multi-threading, or solve timing or threading issues, in example. .NET Core is coming up on their horizon. Exciting product line!
