DescriptionFor our Coppell client, seeking a Workday HRIS analyst. This position reports to the Workday HRIS Administrator.The Workday HRIS Analyst is responsible for the delivery of HR system solutions through comprehending end-user needs, developing business requirements, leading functional design, configuration development, testing, and deployment. The Workday HRIS Analyst will consult with HR and IT leadership to determine technology requirements that support business goals and regulatory requirements, and translate those requirements into actionable project plans and Workday system solutions. This position handles multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, highly complex business environment.Responsibilities: Administer and maintain the organization’s Workday HRIS environment. Provide hands-on operational support for system, data, and integration issues. Triage incoming HRIS service tickets, and provide resolution with a focus on superior customer service. Own the full lifecycle of Workday enhancement requests, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. Develop and run basic EIB interfaces and data loads. Develop test plans and test scenarios, and perform/manage system testing, user-acceptance testing, and regression testing. Analyze, configure, and test the bi-annual Workday updates. Build custom reports and dashboards for key business leaders. Provide technical assistance and training to local subsidiaries. Act as a named support contact with Workday for all HR functionality. Thank you.RequirementsThe ideal applicant will have the following experience: Bachelor’s degree or related equivalent experience. 2+ years of Workday configuration experience in two or more of the following areas in Workday: Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, Performance Management, Absence, Reporting, or Integrations. 4+ years of experience with reporting tools and techniques for HR, Payroll, and related data for large, complex organization. Ability to collaborate in a team environment – desire to step in and get your hands dirty. Proven track record in managing complex HRIS projects. Detail oriented with strong analytical and structured problem solving skills Good understanding of HR practices, reporting needs and data analysis. Discretion in dealing with confidential data and sensitive situations. Ability to balance multiple daily tasks and long-term strategic projects.Nice to Haves: Prior experience implementing Workday or handling system conversion to Workday.
