Title: Network Security, Product Owner Location: Dallas, TX or Tampa, FL Status: Full-time with incredible benefits and growth opportunity Remote vs Onsite: Remote through remainder of 2021, will be going back into the office Jan 2022 on a hybrid schedule (2-3 days/wk.). Must be a commutable distance from the Coppell, TX or Tampa, FL campus. Our client, a global leader in the Financial Services industry, is looking to add a Network Security Product Owner to their CyberSecurity Engineering and Operation team. This is a growing Cybersecurity department inside of a well respected and established corporation that provides opportunity for growth, amazing benefits and a solid management team. You will be the Product Owner of Network Security, driving the Agile squad to engineer, innovate, and implement outstanding security solutions. You should have strong experience guiding & mentoring co-workers as it relates to Network Security, identifying areas to optimize the capability, and stretching the team to meet their maximum performance. This is a long-term planning and subject matter expert role. We are looking for a forward-thinking network security professional to immerse themselves in the latest technology and trends in network security and who has a passion for evaluating products. Your Primary Responsibilities- Influence the direction of the Network Security roadmap by proactively looking forward on security gaps that require planning
- Provide iteration planning, backlog management, and facilitate agile ceremonies with Scrum Master
- Participate in scoping and release planning with squad members and motivate team with transparent goals
- Build partnership with stakeholders and management, keeping everyone up-to-date with status of major deliverables and sustain strong working relation with business partners, peers and agile squad to enhance business value
