You must have excellent computer skills.
You must have intermediate skills with Word, Excel, PDF, Powerpoint, Outlook.
You must be organized and able to deal with multiple tasks at a time.
You must be able to communicate professionally over the phone, via email and in person.
You Must be able to learn quickly - becoming versed in company protocols and policies.
You will Answer calls from customers and vendors.
You will Create PO's, place orders, and coordinate logistics with carriers
You will Assist with Accounting department
You will perform some bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties
You will be paid based on experience.
