The Woodhouse Day Spa is hiring FT and PT concierges (front staff/receptionist).
Our concierges are expected to:
Provide exemplary customer service to ensure guest satisfaction- book appointments, make
confirmation calls, escort guests, prepare beverages, process guests paperwork
Be professional at all times and display a smile with a positive attitude
Explain the benefits of the services performed and review home care recommendations with guests
Operating hours are Monday-Saturday 9am-7pm and Sunday 10am-6pm
