Lobby attendant promotes a positive image of the property to guests and staff, they must be pleasant, honest, and friendly. Lobby attendants should also be able to address guest and/or staff requests and problems.Job Description:

Cleans and/or mops lobbies, public restrooms, guest floors, offices, front drive sidewalk, windows, event spaces, shared balconies, elevators, and stairways.

Greets guests in a friendly manner.

Complete checklist by the end of the shift and update the next team member of any hotel activities

Reports needed repairs of both equipment and physical areas to the Manager. Reports all lost and found items to security or lost and found to the housekeeping manager.

Properly records time upon cleaning the restrooms.

Keep the front of the hotel free from trash

Cooperates with other departments to permit them to operate smoothly to provide the highest guest satisfaction. Observes and complies with all house and departmental rules.

Answers and complies with any calls received from housekeeping for guest requests.

Responsible for timely walk through of the lobby area in order to keep areas in a high order of cleanliness.

Take care of all the cleaning equipment used in the lobby.

Other duties as assigned.
