Providers needed to work in community with several different clients. Must be able to be on feet for duration of shift. Must be able to work independently. Must have professional appearance. Must cover visible tattoos and piercings.

DAY SHIFT: MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR ALL MORNING SHFTS LISTED!
5am-5pm

Day shift will be full time but you must be able to work 4 days.
NIGHT SHIFT: MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR ALL NIGHT SHIFTS LISTED!
5pm-5am
6pm-6am
Night shift will be full time but you must be able to work 4 days.
PRN providers needed also! (only as needed to work any shift)
Qualifications:
-Need experience bathing, dressing, changing briefs, etc.
-Must have your own transportation.
-Must have Id and SS#
-Must have provable work history in this field.
