AD WILL RUN UNTIL POSITION IS FILLED. Full time maintenance assistant position available for immediate hire. Excellent opportunity for an assistant maintenance tech, porter to take on a greater roll! The right candidate will possess a "can-do" attitude and skills necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community. Ability to work independently or as a team player is a must.
Responsibilities may include:
Pool, painting, exterior repairs, etc.
Landscaping, Mowing, Weed eating
Prompt and efficient response to resident maintenance requests
Willing to train the right person
Skills & Qualifications:
A minimum of 6 months of related experience
Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation
