Coastal Cleaning is hiring a part time cleaner.
Work is scheduled:
7pm -10pm Monday and Wednesday.
7pm - 11pm Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.
Pays a flat salary of 1,200.00 per month.
Job Description: You'll be cleaning two medical buildings. Taking out trash, dusting, sweeping, mopping, toilets and detail cleaning.
Although some of the cleaning responsibilities are typical janitorial duties this job does require more attention to detail than your typical cleaning job. The pay is good because we expect a high quality job.
You are required to have or be:
A legal citizen with a valid drivers license/ID
Reliable transportation
Reliable phone service
Pass a criminal background check
We're a mobile business. So there's no punch clock, no office and you work at your own pace. Ideally we're looking for someone who holds themselves accountable. Reliability and trustworthiness are significant priorities. In essence a responsible individual that is motivated to work and get the job done right.
Showing up on time is a big deal to us. We pay well and are easy to work with but we don't have time to deal with individuals who aren't motivated to be consistently depended upon.
You need to be able to communicate and text coherently. Since we're a mobile business each employee checks in and out via a text.
