Harbour Landing Apartments is looking to hire a positive, motivated self-starter certified HVAC Lead Maintenance for our growing company. Must have working knowledge of HVAC, boilers, plumbing, electrical, swimming pool and appliance repair. If you have at least 2+ years in lead Apartment maintenance and are HVAC certified, we would love to hear from you.
Required Skills:
Have been a lead supervisor or a leads assistant
Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management and problem solving skills.
Able to manage a team of 4 or more
Superior customer service skills including the ability to manage difficult customers and/or situations.
Professional verbal communication.
Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English
General computer knowledge
Ability to work independently
Ability to be on-call for responding after-hour emergencies
Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings and holidays.
Required Experience:
Minimum of two year of experience in property management lead maintenance, other building maintenance or related trade is preferred.
Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair
Knowledgeable in boiler systems preferred
