River City Home Care is looking for a part time Administrative Assistant. Some of the duties would be to help answer phones, file paperwork, enter data in our system, check messages ad assist with interviews and orientations.
The position requires you to take an Oncall phone every other weekend. You will be paid extra for that. You are required to have it on you all weekend and answer it if it rings.
You would have a rotating schedule. Monday-Thursday 9am-2pm one week and Tuesday-Friday 9am-2pm the next. 20 hours a week. $12 an hour.
Applicants MUST have:
1. Drivers license and social security.
2. Have a clear background.
3. Have a minimum of two years office experience.
4. Bilingual is a plus.
5. Caregiver experience is a plus.
6. Great work references.
