The Medve Group, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated, sales driven, industry leader to manage and oversee our day-to-day operations at our established community, Arts at Ocean Drive.
The Property Manager is responsible for providing leadership and direction to associates within the property, mentoring associates and ensuring all roles are defined in order to achieve our established community goals.
Job duties:
Manage, supervise, train and coach all apartment community personnel
Assist residents with concerns and everyday needs
Promote and assure apartment community maintains a high-rate of occupancy
Rent collection and on-time submittals
Completing necessary office tasks on-time
Other duties as assigned
