Job Description
As a My Coastal Home Decorator and Sales Team Member, you are expected to:
Create and sell customized home, vacation home, and investment property decorating solutions
Challenge your own thinking and let your creativity flow
Transform a blank space into something beautiful
Own the decorating process - from establishing customer relationships to the final sale and install
Work with the most gorgeous coastal furniture, fabrics, accessories, and artwork
Your strengths must be:
A passion for decorating
The ability to create and maintain relationships with clients
An eye for proper decor, furniture placement, color coordination, and staging
General computer skills
Position Requirements:
Ability to travel to all 3 store locations (North Padre Island, Port Aransas, and Rockport) when scheduled
The ability to be scheduled any day of the week
The ability to make home calls to customers to provide complete customized decorating solutions
Willingness to work weekends and the holidays that we are open
Interior Decorating related degree and/or experience is a plus
We Offer:
A generous base pay plus commission and other incentive programs
