Ideal candidate would be able to complete many of the the following tasks with strong attention to detail.
Our company is a full service remodeling company that completes Kitchen and Bathroom projects along with whole house renovations.
We are looking for a lead remodeling carpenter to run one of our crews with 5-6 years experience to join our team to help us complete the different parts of our project.
We are looking for one whos work is clean and detailed. Strong work ethic with desire to grow and move up within the company.
We operate in a fast pace environment with back to back projects. 40 hours a week 52 weeks a year. We do not tolerate drugs or alcohol on the job and Professionalism is a must.
Applicant must have his own work vehicle, smart phone (for time clock) hand tools and power tools.
Currently we are hiring for a
Skilled Remodeling Carpenter
Tile installer (Shower builds and Tiling)
Journeyman Electrician
Remodeling Plumber
You will work on one of our crews.
A list of some of the tasks that will be completed by trade:
Professional Tiler
Build mud pans for showers
Build shampoo nitch in walls
Frame in bench
Install wonder board or Green Board with Red Guard
Install Schluter edging around boards (No tile cut edges exposed)
Install wall tile level and no dips and slumps
Install boarder tile
Install accent tile
Install floor tile
Grout with sealer mixed in
Cleans up mess daily
Knows how to install the shower trim plates and shower head
Ability to install shower glass doors is a plus
Tile back splashes in kitchens
Pictures of work is preferred.
Professional Remodeling Carpenter:
Daily tasks would include:
Controlled Demo
Set up dust walls to contain dust.
Framing of walls and ceilings.
Installing interior and exterior doors
Install windows and doors to windstorm requirements.
Install vinyl plank and wood floors
Hang sheet rock
Tape floating and Texture small jobs.
Cut and install base, door and crown trims.
Install kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities
Install cabinet mounted microwaves and vent /duct work
Install appliances
The list goes on related to remodeling kitchen and bathrooms.
Light electrical:
Install exhaust vent combo light/vent.
Install all types of light fixtures and ceiling fans
Replace and install outlets, switches & GFI plugs
Run light electrical adding new outlets and lighting to a circuit proficiently.
Wire a new circuit for lighting and outlets
Install light fixtures and bathroom vents
Plumbing:
Run new waste lines
Run hot and cold lines to new locations and set up sinks, toilets, showers, etc.
Drain work for sinks, tubs, showers
Install faucets
Install dishwashers
Install hot-water tanks and tankless units
Install rubber membranes for shower builds.
