Position Summary:
The Maintenance Technician would be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the physical property.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for 13 floors in high rise downtown building
General repair, appearance and maintenance of the property
Work a 40- hour non-rotating work week
Demonstrate strong professionalism and integrity while representing the Management Team
Qualifications:
2Âyears of previous maintenance experience
Must have high school diploma or GED
Ability to work on-call
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Basic electrical, plumbing and painting experience
HVAC experience requiredÂ
Tools are provided
Valid drivers license and insurance
Must be able to pass a federal background check (No felonies or drug/theft/assault misdemeanors)
