Title: QA Lead

Location: Dallas TX

Job Type: FTE(Full-Time)

Responsibilities• 10+ Years of Quality Analyst who can understand and apply US GAAP to business transactions and processes to verify proper functionality of back-office systems. Experience in IFRS desired but notrequired.• Maintains understanding and knowledge of US GAAP standards to help provide guidance to the Enterprise Test team on accounting requirements for each project.• Able to provide clear and concise documentation in testing results to satisfy audit & SOXrequirements.• Key liaison with back-office stakeholders for test case creation and prioritization in systems development projects.• Strong experience in Excel, SQL Query, and experience in validation of large set of data using excel V-Lookups, formulas• Schedules meetings and prepares meeting agendas and meeting minutes.• Communicate status, issues, risks, results and timelines.• Create and maintain essential working relationships with key internal stakeholders, cross-functional partners and leaders to achieve results.• Deliver on ad-hoc requests.

Desired• CPA or relevant accounting work experience• Quality assurance and Previous experience working in project lead role specifically in a test function• Previous experience in telecom or wireless industry• Familiarity with SQL querying language (Microsoft SQL Server and Teradata)• Test case design and execution• Use of Power Query, Excel, VLOOKUP, Pivot table and formulas• Use of Defect management tools, HP ALM, JIRA or qTest

Qualifications• 3 – 5 years accounting/finance experience• Proven working experience and strong ability to communicate with various levels of management• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Ability to independently maneuver in a fast-paced and changing environment• Excellent organizational skills, time management, multi-tasking ability and attention to detail• Self-motivated and must demonstrate confidence in a high-profile position
