Did you know that our General Managers make up to $1100/week salary and each period 17.5%-20% of the store's profit is paid out in the store's bonus pool. The GM gets 75% of the store's bonus pool. Excellent GMs that know how to follow our systems and processes and know how to drive results and can run a profitable store by controlling their food costs and labor costs bonus very well. There are 13 periods in our fiscal year, and bonus is paid out each period.
Did you know that our District Managers make up to $65,000/year salary, receive a bonus every period (13 periods total per year) and the bonus is based on profits of their district of 5 stores all located within a 20 minutes radius, get a $75 per month cell phone allowance, and get paid mileage of 40 cents per mile to visit their stores?
Did you know that our drivers (Delivery Experts) make up to $15-$20 per hour? (True story: during the recent bad weather, we had drivers that know how to drive in less than perfect weather made $300-$500 in tips.)
Did you know that many of our General Managers and District Managers started with us as a delivery driver? (True story: the owner of our franchise started off as a Delivery Expert and now owns 68 stores.) 95% of all franchisees started with us as a CSR or a Delivery Expert.
Remember that you should be able to provide a valid Texas drivers license, have proof of auto insurance, be able to pass a background check (no felonies), have a winning attitude, be humble, hungry, and smart. GMs and Dms need to have business acumen and a high level of soft skills.
No experience needed to be a driver (Delivery Expert) or a CSR (Customer Service Rep that works inside the store). We will train you.
To be considered for a General Manager and District Manager position right off the bat, think about this and use common sense and ask yourself this question, "Am I qualified for this role?"
Keep in mind that we have a great bonus structure because we want you to make money and earn a good living, however the bonus needs to be earned, it's not just given away. You should be able to manage your numbers (food cost and labor cost) and be great at leading a team and be great at managing a business.
Expect to work 5-6 days per week as a General Manager. You are in charge of your operation. If your store needs you 6 days per week, take care of your business and make it so that you are able to take two days per week off.
Expect to work 6 days per week as a District Manager. You are in charge of 5-6 stores all within a short driving distance of each other. Furthest deliver point of a store is 9-10 minutes away from the store. So picture what that looks like when you have 5 stores in your district.
