Office Professional - Full Time (40 hours per week)
Custom clothing sales office is seeking a pro-active and results-oriented individual to provide administrative support for our busy sales team. This position handles all details, organization, and communications for our top producing Sales Professionals. We seek candidates who are team players and self-directed with independent projects.
Responsibilities include:
Database entry and maintenance
Banking: making deposits and preparing deposit slips
Inventory of merchandise (quarterly)
Telephone and email correspondence
Mail: Opening, processing, copying and distributing
Shipping/Receiving: unpacking shipments, hanging garments on proper racks, documenting activity in system
Other general office duties
Requirements:
Professional image to interface with corporate clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organization skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, professional office environment
Strong Microsoft Office Professional skills
Dependable
Valid driver's license with good driving record
College degree or coursework preferred and/or 3 years related office experience
Time management skills with ability to consistently meet deadlines
Bending and lifting up to 20 lbs.
Hours: 40 hours per week; Monday-Friday
Rate of pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
