Looking for a person to help manage a pair of self-storage facilitiesone in South Ft Worth, the other in Weatherford. Optimally, this person will (initially, at least) work one day per week at the FW location, and two days at the other. Compensation will be paid for the commuting time.
Specific storage facility experience is not necessary. But, a good work history and means of transportation is.
Job responsibilities include:
- Working daily with our industry software
- Signing up new tenants
- Taking payments
- Outside and in-unit cleanup (trash pickup, etc)
- Making daily bank deposits
Chosen candidate will be able to start asap (probably by Dec 1st).
