We are looking for an exceptional Staffing Manager for a large contingent labor program. The Staffing Manager will work with hiring managers and program suppliers to source talent and fill open positions. Successful candidates will have a proven ability to fill open positions and experience working with leading staffing firms to find top tier talent. Additionally, the Staffing Manager must be able to provide exceptional customer service, have a keen eye for details, and possess effective written and verbal communication skills. A Staffing Manager must be able to apply industry best practices to drive continuous improvement and be able to adjust quickly to evolving client needs. Familiarity working with VMS tools will be beneficial.
