JD for Devops manager role Must Have:
- 10+ years of experience in IT industry.
- 3+ years of experience hiring and growing technical DevOps teams onshore and off-shore
- Cloud Architect skills ensuring end-to-end configuration of projects.
- Extensive experience in deployment on AWS cloud and Linux platforms are must.
- Experience on Migration application from On-Prem to Cloud environment.
- Experience on DevOps DORA Metrics dashboard.
- Oversee the architecture and infrastructure design of Client' s cloud-hosted applications while working closely with DevOps Engineers and Architects
- Lead a team of DevOps Engineers
- Create and support CI/CD pipelines for microservices containers.
- Coordinate with development leadership to determine and set reasonable infrastructure service level agreements (SLAs) and service level objectives (SLOs). Routinely monitor and report on performance.
- Review and correct code for quality and design through code reviews, and constant evaluation of existing infrastructure code.
- Support services before they go live through activities such as system design consulting, developing frameworks, capacity planning, and launch reviews.
- Practice sustainable incident response and blameless postmortems.
- Prioritize kanban backlog for a team of DevOps engineers

- Monitoring Tools: Experience with system monitoring tools (e.g. Nagios, PagerDuty, ZenOSS)
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional ( Preferred )
- 8+ years DevOps Architecture and Engineering experience
- 3+ years experience hiring and growing technical DevOps teams onshore and off-shore
- Experience configuring and automating private, public, and hybrid cloud architecture, networking, security, workload types, migration patterns, and tools. AWS/Azure platform knowledge is a must.
- Hands-on experience with various enterprise applications and IT services, as well as software development, compliance and security, and IT operations disciplines
- Strong experience in docker, containerization, and Kubernetes configuration
- Experience implementing CI/CD using Gitlab or Jenkins
- Experience in Ansible, Cloudformation, and Terraform.
- Experience with Windows, Unix/Linux OS, Shell, and Power shell scripts
- Experience with languages/frameworks, python, PHP, Java, Node.js, .NET, and react/angular/VUE
- Possess deep knowledge of AWS infrastructure
