#INDIST#LI-NAMJob Description:The ideal candidate will possess:• Lead multi-discipline team to enable Agile Applications Development, Implementation and Sustainment• Review Design and Project Plans and provide guidance to ensure compliance with customer needs• Provide leadership to integrate internal and external stake holder engagement to enhance ensure Confidentiality, Availability and Integrity of Applications,• Mentor team members on technical and procedural efficiencies• Communications with mid-senior Government Client• Provide technically sound input necessary to enable improvements to development team processes.Required Skills• Agile Java development experience - 5+ years• Core Java - 5+ years• Experience in web services like ReST• Experience with supporting enterprise application environments• Experience w/OOAD and an understanding of patterns• Exposure with Kubernetes, Docker, Gitlab CI/CD• Exposure to Prometheus & Grafana for application monitoring• Good exposure to any DB (Sybase, Oracle, MongoDB, BigData), file systems or similar database programming experience, including performance tuning.Desired Skills:• 3+ years of any DB (Sybase, Oracle, MongoDB, BigData), file systems or similar database programming experience, including performance tuning.• Strong knowledge of the UNIX/Linux Operating system: shell scripting• Must have Bachelor or equivalent degree in Engineering, or 3 years plus work experience in IT field.Vacancy expired!
