Job Title: Servicenow Architect/ ITSM Architect/CMBD Architect

Location: Dallas TX (Remote)

Duration: FulltimeService Now technical excellence – Maintains expertise and certification across multiple products/capabilitiesMaintain general architectural knowledge across all other ServiceNow productsHas extensive experience of ServiceNow releases and Best PracticeAble to articulate value, risk and counsel conversations at senior stakeholder-level (C-level, Enterprise Architect, Program Director)Lead solution architecture discussions on ServiceNowLead solution design and estimation (e.g. identifying required resources, products, effort)Management and accountability for technical quality and technical resources during deliveryAgile/Scrum, ServiceNow Now Create, and project delivery practicesExtensive and large-scale global digital/service transformation experienceServiceNow certification in System Administration, at least 5 (five) Certified Implementation Specialist including ITSMCertified Master Architect (CMA) desirableStrong Pre-sales experience, ITSM experience would be advantageous (Tool or business process).Exhibits prior and current technical expertise in web technology and the ability to learn new technology.Understanding of and experience selling to enterprise IT architecture.ITIL v3/v4 and TOGAF certificationsExperience in Enterprise Service Management (IT, HR, Middle/Back office etc)We are an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
