Kelly Technology is looking for a Site Reliability Lead Engineer open with our client, one of the leading security software development companies headquartered in EU.

Title: Site Reliability Lead Engineer Remote Location: anywhere in U.S. Client Industry: IT Software/IT Security Contract-to-Hire with health benefits or Direct Hire with great benefits and bonus 100% Remote Will work with Federal Government, thus must be a US Citizen (Dual Citizenship is not allowed)

JOB OVERVIEW 80% lead the SRE team of 8-10 20% perform the SRE tasks

Ownership of system deployment, product KPIs and SLA reporting. Driving and developing the roadmap of the SRE team with an emphasis on deployment automation and observability. Availability and performance of production services. Deployment of upgrades and installation of new patches. Troubleshooting, error logs analysis, reports generation, capacity planning

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITITES 3 to 5 years of experience in management of reliability engineers and engineering teams. 3+ years of experience leading teams within a Cloud environment (AWS preferred). 3+ years of experience in leading teams with focus on CICD through Agile processing. CI/CD automation and orchestration with Kubernetes, EKS, Helm, and Ansible. Experience with Unix/Linux operating systems, CLI and administration. Experience in production environments supporting mission-critical applications. Working knowledge of Java, JVM management and configuration.

PREFERRED Certification or relevant experience with AWS and/or Azure Cloud services a big plus. Familiarity with SOC-2 and FedRamp.
