This passionate, confident, and resourceful individual will be manically focused on consumer engagement and driven to create a best-in-class user experience across both our web and mobile experiences. They will become an expert in our customer, their pain points, and how our solution solves them, and energized to transform the connection point between consumers and outdoor adventures.Successful candidates will be excited by the challenge of managing multiple stakeholders. They will default to customer research to inform product prioritization and driven to move quickly.Drive and management intensity are critical as we plan to move fast.Responsibilities:• Create & own compelling vision & roadmap • Ground that vision in specific, tactical & accomplishable tasks• Assess, scope, & ruthlessly prioritize these tasks to deliver a best-in-class consumer experience• Liase with other product teams & stakeholders to ensure smooth development process• Work with UX team to rapidly test & iterate on this consumer experience• Monitor product releases and hold the highest standard of delivery for themselves and the team• Apply Design Thinking principles to continuously uncover and solve customer pain points This could be for you if:• The challenge of re-imagining a highly competitive, sustainable discovery program from the ground up both excites and motivates you.• You believe in voice of customer and the numbers above all else• You get things done.
