We are looking for an Account Executive – Services who will execute hands-on leadership and administration of “all things sales and business development”, as well as participate and lead multi-leveled internal teams to ensure a best in class delivery and an unequaled customer experience is had with Polk Service.Organization Structure and InterfacesReports to: Director of SalesPrimary Interfaces: External clients, internal technical resources, sales peers, and senior leadership in the Service organization.Direct Reports: NoneEnvironment: DFW Service Territory (primarily the four county area in the Metroplex)Pace: High energy and focused on customer facing activity and process drivers for results. (80% external and 20% internal).Support: Will be supported by an internal teams of project developers, managers, estimators and strategy coaches to assist in the “nuts and bolts” of deliverables. Success FactorsIdentify, Develop, and Close Sales Opportunities with Key Profile Clients: given the fact that our sales focus is one of value development and negotiated partnership, your success will be dependent on your ability and passion to go capture key accounts by active and continual activity and prospecting. Using defined sales processes and tools, your role will be to lead both internal and external teams in a logical path to success and sales.Lead Internal Teams Through Process Leadership and Involvement: As a business leader you will be expected to “set the bar” as the leader of the sales development processes and to proactively drive and manage activity and roles of account identification, solution development, presentation of solutions, and problem resolution at all points in the journey.
