Please note: This is a long term position that is hybrid (2 days per month on site) in Dallas, TX. It is NIT C2C/ 3rd Party eligibleLooking for an Ariba Administrator to join a growing team.
- Provide customer support in a timely manner via incident resolution, trouble shooting and process governance for Ariba B&I module.
- Perform system administration for the Ariba B&I module.
- Reviews and monitors current processes.
- Help develop Training Guides associated with Ariba B&I
- Assist with reconciliation process which are used as the primary payment mechanism for catalog orders.
- Provide project support for various initiatives related to process improvement efforts and system enhancements.
- Provide backup support for Procurement Operations team which may include catalogs, Supplier or Contracts/Sourcing modules.
- Experience in SAP Ariba OR relevant procurement system
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (min of 5 years professional experience if no degree)
- Experience in procurement, business analysis or strategic analysis (3+ year requirement)
- Project management (functional) experience to support project timelines, testing, and implementation for all new release testing of procurement software systems
- Experience developing business process improvements and recommendations based on stakeholder feedback and technology enhancements
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills
- Ability to perform in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment
- Able to work independently and on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of Scrum or Agile methodologies
- Strong experience in Ariba Buying & Invoicing, Ariba Sourcing, Ariba Contracts, and Ariba Supplier modules
